I’m assuming that if you are on my site, you have probably visited Card Chronicle before, but if not take some time to do so now. It is a great site for everything UofL, and there really isn’t a site that compares. Mike Rutherford does a great job getting news out to fans in a way that keeps the reader interested and coming back for more. Card Chronicle has recently been named the best blog in Louisville, and rightfully so. So again if you haven’t visited be sure to check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
Mike has showcased some of my work over the years, and has helped me gain a lot of exposure. In return, I decided to put together a wallpaper featuring the sites new logo to gives fans a chance to rep the best blog in Louisville (and arguable the world).
The first new wallpaper on Covered In Red goes to Mr. Teddy Bridgewater, and rightfully so. Although Teddy didn’t have a great game on Saturday, he kept his composure after an early pick and did enough to move the Cards to 4-0. Bridgewater is starting to get national attention, and if he can put the FIU game behind him that talk will continue to grow.
Instead of making an individual post for each wallpaper that I’ve done over the past couple of years (hundreds), I decided instead to make pages for each category. They are pretty self explanatory, so look around a bit and find one that suits you. Below I’m going to post a few samples from each page, just so you know what to expect.
First, I’d like to thank you for visiting my new site. My name is Adam Lucas, and I’m a graphic design student and life long UofL sports fan. For those of you that haven’t seen my work before, I create UofL related wallpapers for your desktop or mobile device. At the top of the site you can visit the pages to find UofL logo, football, and basketball wallpapers. Take a second to check out the work I’ve done in the past, and follow me on twitter to stay up to date on my new work. Feel free to contact me with any request, questions, or comments. Thanks again for looking, hope to see you back soon!
